With a strong foundation in research and administrative coordination, Kholoud supports Nama’s data-driven decision-making through collection, analysis, and visualization of key project metrics. Her role ensures that our interventions are evidence-based, measurable, and continually improving.
Dr. Mohamed Ghazaly
Financial Manager
Overseeing the financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes at Nama, ensuring that all resources are managed efficiently and transparently. With strong expertise in financial management and compliance, he supports Nama’s mission by aligning funding and expenditures with its sustainability and education programs. His role includes monitoring project budgets, maintaining accountability, and advising the team on financial strategy to strengthen Nama’s long-term impact.
Dr. Yasmine El-Hawary
Capacity Building Executive Director
Dr. Yasmine leads Nama’s capacity building programs, designing and delivering on-site initiatives that strengthen organizational performance and sustainability. With extensive academic and professional expertise, she also serves as an Associate Professor in Organisational Studies, teaching both offline and online. Her dual role allows her to bridge theory and practice, ensuring that Nama’s interventions are evidence-based, practical, and impactful. Dr. Yasmine is dedicated to empowering individuals and institutions with the knowledge, skills, and strategies needed to achieve long-term growth and social impact.
